The wind pushes the fire the smoke is seen from all across the land As the flames burn higher and higher leaving all in its path all charcoal black
I can feel all the heart ache I can see all the pain

And this is the heart of the matter there’s nothing unto god like a hurricane I woke up from bed and I was singing this very song from my dreams
The earth will shake causing the dam to break
They all were trapped inside….none survived

I built this dam so long ago unable to flow down stream I paved this road so many years ago now with no where to go Look at you now look at me look how we all turned out so different
