The neo-psychedelic power-pop outfit, The Sun Sawed in 1/2 was formed in St. Louis in 1990. They were in the top 5 Billboard/Ticketmaster Soundcheck best unsigned bands of 1994 and went on to record several albums for Not Lame Records with famous producer, Keith Olsen (Grateful Dead, Fleetwood Mac). In the past decade the Sun has made many critically acclaimed albums including 2021-22's Triptych
