Escape Plan by Langwidj
Hailing from Tallahassee, Florida, the upstart producer Langwidj has been coming correct with a smattering of glitch-hop and splayed-out bass music for the last few years. Continuing their dovetailed combination of happy accidents, artifacts, and sculpted synthesis, the latest plate of Langwidj tracks balance weight and impact with abundant compositional risk. Fusing an abundance of textures with off-kilter arrangements, Escape Plan spans a tight grouping of styles, touching on half-time, neuro, and timeless downtempo motifs.
