Verily, what better time than 2020 (a year of the start of true changes) to make corrections to things of the past?

For over a few years, we've released music under the name Dr. Chill but ever since Jhene Aikos' father decided to use the name for his book and on his music collaborations with his daughter, it only makes sense to move away from that name. That's why it is important to take ownership of everything you do, just in case these situations happen. Because I trademarked the name and copyrighted the music, we're covered but if the same happens to you and you didn't secure your works, there's a greater chance it could all be snatched away from you.

For it wasn't by chance that her surprise album and mine released the same day and I must thank them for helping bring traffic to our music, but, now is the time to, undoubtedly, stand alone!!
