Known as one half of duo Izzy N The Profit, the man himself is back with a solo 3B project leading up to his 2nd solo album "Late Nights and Early Mornings".

Having grown both lyrically and in life since his debut album "Self Regicide", The Profit is back better than ever and does not disappoint.

"Ignition" - What better way to open this topical based 3B, than an in-your-face 'back from the ashes' style introduction. This track is all about standing firm in the hard times and being grounded by your values and faith when trials come your way.

"Back-Burning" is all about pushing through the times where you feel burned in life. A testimony of The Profit's personal experience through a chapter in his journey that can only be described that way. Back Burning is a process designed to reduce potential hazards of an uncontrollable fire in the future. Sometimes a controlled fire is necessary to protect and cause larger regrowth. In our lives there may be a time where we get burned by an experience that seems out of our control but the growth we receive from that experience through perseverance and resilience is what causes future growth and the prevention of a more damaging blaze in our life.

The Profit is an energetic and enthusiastic emcee and since his return to Australia, has been a full-time music/youth mentor in the community, striving to connect and empower young people through the hip hop culture. He aims to inspire through his music, faith and values.
