The Good Doctor is a pseudonym of The Monarch BtD though in other worlds he's also been known as Dr. Joseph Scheider, Dr. Sydney Gottleib, The Dirty Trickster, The Invoker of Murmur, The Traveler of the Area of Bilocation.
