"MEMORY // WIPE" is an electrifying cross-genre project by APATHY UNIT. and logan.jpg that weaves hip-hop, post-hardcore, and glitch pop together to tackle the destructive cycle of substance abuse as well as emotional abuse. With a conceptual foundation rooted in the digital world, the album uses internet slang—like "waste baskets," "buttons on the keyboard, and "system errors"—to explore the fragility of memory, the numbing effects of addiction, and the emotional corruption of trying to escape from one's reality. “MEMORY // WIPE" is an intense, genre-blurring sonic journey that mirrors the chaotic ebb and flow of addiction, combining visceral and angry vocals, experimental soundscapes, and sharp, hard-hitting beats to reflect the internal turmoil that accompanies the desire to hit "reset" on both the mind and the body. The project is set to release on December 27th in collaboration with The Cookie Store. Wipe my memory.
