Metropolis by Terrordyne
In 1999 a paranoid schizophrenic was brought into Basin City Asylum. He was plagued by visions of a wasteland and locked away and labeled insane. Years later Detective Sullivan isn't so sure when the man's delusions start connecting a series of brutal murders in his hunt for Doug Anderson. Is this man insane or is he a vessel that can see the things to come?
