I’ll be in the corner always,
Venture out, there’s danger,

Here where the vultures can’t see me,
But I come from their destiny.

I hold the key in my hands,
Which door it unlocks I don’t know yet,
I’ll try every single one til I find it,
And discover what’s behind my head.

“Sammy, what’s the problem? Hurry up”

God I still hear him in my head ringing

I’m not the son that you want,
And he is, a violent shut-off runt,
You call me weak and sensitive,
But maybe I should see it as a compliment.

Something in me shuts down, over the years.
Giving in to the shame and the fear,
That you fester in me like a shadow,
When someone asks me what is wrong,
I don’t know.

I’ve got the world in my hands,
But my arms are crippled underneath your plans,
I need to break free but it’s too late,
All your lies ingrained me and I’m only eight.

I remember when you took us both to see,
Your favourite, the star wars trilogy.
I cried when the twist turned a knife in me,
I could see the parallels,
