PEACE VIBES is an intimate and swinging collection of jazz songs known to many, and delivered in intriguing arrangements that are really compositional statements all by themselves. Two originals are also on the album: an uplifting interpretation of a Peruvian folk dance rhythm, and a reflective observation about the present state of America. The sparkling vibes are tempered with a dark and rich marimba sound, along with percussion perspectives from Peru and Brazil, and the interplay between expressive musicians is crystal clear throughout,
