Ostentar from Sobrepoblación by T.A.M
Ostentar is a criticism directed at myself. At one point during the trip, I started seeing myself wearing all that branded crap: chains, watches, and everything that makes me "shine." I realized that stuff is just flaunting, and it’s slowly destroying the world. Yet, there’s nothing we can do about it. The truth is, over time, even though I now try to buy things that impact the system less, I realize that this world and society force you to do it. It’s like the saying goes: those who can, can .....or worse... must.

Ostentar es una crítica hacia mí mismo. En un momento durante el viaje, comencé a verme usando esas mierdas de marca: cadenas, relojes y todo eso que me hace "relucir". Entendí que esa basura es solo ostentar y que, poco a poco, va destruyendo el mundo. Sin embargo, no podemos hacer nada. La verdad es que, con el tiempo, aunque ahora intento comprar cosas que afecten menos al sistema, me doy cuenta de que este mundo y la sociedad te obligan a hacerlo. Es como esa frase: el que puede, puede, o incluso peor... debe.
