After the groundbreaking EP 'Saint & Ogre,' Lloydfears navigates a bleak soundscape with his latest single, 'Selling England.' Unsteady guitar loops, barely there beats and dubbed out echoes from deep in the warehouse provide the backbone of a deep narrative. One that confronts work; honest and otherwise, deceit for survival and control over destructive desires

'Selling England' is an unphased portrayal of the shit we do to pay the rent. Highlighting themes of disenfranchisement and resilience. His lyrical approach does away with the rapid fire flows of his previous output for intimate spoken word that drifts freely across a dense acoustic loop salvaged from cracked vinyl.
