Sammy Warm Hands is back with a new sound! After several years on the indie rap scene, DAYDREAM is his first singer/songwriter album since 2009.

DAYDREAM is a dynamic collection of minor-key meditations on family and mourning. "Unconditional" is an ode to his mother's sacrifice, "Almost" is a posthumous collaboration with his grandmother Jean, and "Time Enough" explores grief with the loss of his grandmother Sandy.

Billed as Sam Wartenbee & Friends—a name best known for his STOLEN SONGS series—Wartenbee transforms simple acoustic songs into larger than life pop anthems. The album soars to even greater heights as Wartenbee unleashes a tidal wave of vocals on the eponymous climax. It evokes the grandiose production style of his studio heroes, Brian Wilson and Freddie Mercury. This dynamic, and potentially cacophonous composition is where DAYDREAM excels.
