Hello Vera by Sum'one

“HELLO VERA” is a story of a girl called Vera and her journey to find true love.
Vera’s story is told through a record player, a stack of vinyl, a sampler and a bunch of different keyboard instruments, and is created by the danish producer and beatmaker, SUM’ONE.
Since the beginning of his musical career and from his first push on the MPC2000, he has been inspired by artists like MOBY, RJD2, DJ SHADOW, PORTISHEAD and DAFT PUNK. SUM’ONE was especially attracted to the electronic and sample-based instrumental genre, where the instruments are the main ingredient when creating the musical mood. Until now he has never had the chance to put everything else aside and focus one hundred percent on this.

"HELLO VERA" est l'histoire d'une fille appelée Vera et de son voyage pour trouver le véritable amour. L’histoire de Vera est racontée à travers un tourne-disque, une pile de vinyles, un échantillonneur et un tas de différents instruments à clavier, et est créée par le producteur et beatmaker danois SUM’ONE.Depuis le début de sa carrière musicale et depuis ses premiers essais sur le MPC2000, il s'est inspiré d'artistes comme MOBY, RJD2, DJ SHADOW, PORTISHEAD et DAFT PUNK. SUM’ONE a été particulièrement attiré par le genre instrumental électronique et basé sur des échantillons, où les instruments sont l’ingrédient principal lors de la création de l’ambiance musicale. Jusqu’à présent, il n’a jamais eu la possibilité de mettre tout le reste de côté et de se concentrer à 100 % là-dessus.
