Ginnungagap is a Nordic Neo - Dark Ambient side project started in 2020 with Bloodfusion on vocals.
With no prior knowledge of a music of this period, we shall take those Nordic folk influences further and bring it to a 21'st century.
Ginnungagap is the bottomless abyss that was all there was prior to the creation of the cosmos, and into which the cosmos will collapse once again during Ragnarok

Initially focused on deep dubstep and experimental bass. Later began to experiment with death/ black metal and bass fusions. Started using distortion pedals over bass lines in 2008 and shortly after coined and defined 'DEATHSTEP' term in late 2008/ early 2009.
