โcodename ยฎโ is the new album by submeet. A manifesto that blends noise, punk, and electronics to channel the tension and unease of a generation. The title is a code.
ยฎ is a symbol of belonging: R as in โareโ, as in we are. The surrounding circle represents the whole: the collective. A shared identity built from experiences, bodies, traumas. Ten tracks, ten stories. A concept inspired by Boccaccioโs Decameron, giving voice to contemporary tales, intimate, sharp, and restless. The lyrics are dense, layered, symbolic. Words that both hide and reveal, in a language thatโs also sound.
Featuring a special collaboration with Giovanna Cacciola from Uzeda on the track "water memory" a tribute to the DIY attitude that has defined the spirit of the project.
