Double Play was the Guitar and Sax pairing of Steve Doctor and Larry Filippone. With influences ranging from Guitarists such as Peter White, Earl Klugh and Larry Carlton, to Sax men Richard Elliot and Tom Scott, the San Antonio, Texas based duo recorded an album released back in the days of the old www.mp3.com called "Think Twice"
The band had the unique opportunity to open for the critically acclaimed U.K. band "Acoustic Alchemy", as well as open for "Strunz and Farah" in a much anticipated debut.
