We recorded those opening ambient MIDI traffic sounds at 5:30 AM, capturing the actual boot-up sequence of our development hub when hardly anyone was around. That ethereal quality you hear? Pure accident – our mixing board was still half-asleep too.

The riddim creeps in like caffeine hitting your bloodstream – deliberate, warm, and gradually more insistent. Jem's organ work floats between classic reggae skank and something more nostalgic, like an old computer's startup tone stretched into melody. We kept the tempo relaxed at 76 BPM, mirroring that pre-rush feeling when the day's possibilities haven't yet crystallized into stress.

This is Devhaven before the chaos – before deadlines and merge conflicts. The bass frequencies intentionally stay rich and comforting, like that first perfect sip of morning coffee.
