Sentinel by Splash Pattern

Focalised around twisting grooves and heavy-hitting percussion, Splash Pattern produces jagged up EBM aesthetics through a series of intense and cathartic principles aiming towards a clear-cut sound design and highly corporal club appeal – often scavenging bits and pieces from his past productions in new compositions.

This spring, Splash Pattern will release the debut EP ‘Sentinel’, which features four original tracks backed by remixes from long-time collaborator Misantrop and the rising London-based DJ and producer object blue. Splash Pattern's music is teasing and gut-punching in equal measures, tailored for the dancefloor with drilling bass and incisive percussion. On ‘Savved’, the off-kilter drums engage in a pas de deux with roof bursting sub-bass, and the creaking ‘Scold’ dials down to his essentials with bassy electro-funk and cyclical syncopations.
