After some sequencer workouts I wanted to play something a little different – so I did. The name “Hesychia” can mean several things and I have elected to use the meaning of stillness, rest, quiet, or silence. When (if…?) you listen to this single track I hope that you’ll understand why that definition works.
I do urge you to listen before you buy in this case as this is slow-moving stuff. I’ve found it quite pleasant whilst listening through several times as I played with the mix. I’ve not got bored yet, although there is time.
As the music is quite low-key, it's reasonably priced. Take it away and listen to it to create an environment and maybe even say if it did anything for you. You may spot the small snippets of form drifting around in the background, but if you don’t that’s no reason to worry.
The Soviet Space Dog Project is being manned by Andy Bloyce, a Londoner who has been listening to Klaus Schulze and Tangerine Dream for over 40 years.
It's nearly time for a sit-down.
