AUTOSCHISMATIC by Soul of the Machine
A conceptual post-cyberpunk narrative study of loss, lies, deception, obsession, corporate greed, war and redemption collides with a cross-genre industrial rock opus of epic proportions. Fuzzed out space synth guitar contrasts with punchy beats. Danceable rhythms segue into downtempo smokey psychedelic trip hops. Melody and acoustic instrumentation decay from soaring beauty to chaotic blasts of digital noise and back. Old scores will be settled. Individuals usurped. Identities lost. And an intelligence will rise above the conflict to usher in a new era.

Soul of the Machine is an experimental industrial rock duo from central Ohio which began in 2005 and includes members Dave Williams and Nick Bain. Heavily leaning on a conceptual cyberpunk story, the band has two studio albums and an assortment of loosely affiliated side projects exploring the industrial genre label.
