Tropical Malady by Sota

A micro-EP that emerges from the ground, twisting and shouting amidst disorienting clouds of dust. A tropical malady that takes hold of the body via two feverish and aggressively raw tracks.

Multidisciplinary artist and co-founder of the hybrid art collective Vertigo, Sota balances on the threshold between corporeal rhythms, a disorienting psychedelia and a percussive deconstruction. As in his artistic and literary work, varied ethnic influences mark a strong interest in creating a sensorial universe without borders, where the body's impulses mix with spiritual exploration.
