Find your quiet mind.

This sound meditation is best listened to on nice home speakers or quality headphones. We prefer enclosed headphones over ear buds, but any headphones should do the trick. Set your volume about where you normally listen to your favorite music, but adjust if necessary.

Find a comfortable quiet place. We prefer to lay down with a blanket and eye mask. Take a relaxed deep breath. Exhale in a sigh. Repeat. Repeat. Let the sounds take you on a journey.
