Our God, will you not judge them? For we have no power to face this vast army that is attacking us. We do not know what to do, but our eyes are on you. This is what the Lord says to you: ‘Do not be afraid or discouraged because of this vast army. For the battle is not yours, but God’s.'
We go through unexplainable, unexpected situations, but we have hope and power only in God, the One who sees it all and makes things work for good. Though it's hard to see the good in every situation, we need to trust that the good purpose is there. We need to trust that God has got this, and that His way is better.
There is power in prayer and there is no distance in it. It's where we can talk to God and tell Him how we feel, but the beautiful thing is that through prayer He can supply what you need in those times of trouble. It's not always material needs, but even enough as emotional support, like peace and comfort; that's how good God is, He knows what you need. Let's not underestimate Him.
Dedicated to our brother Hans Doronila, who is currently battling cancer and undergoing a lot of treatment, and his family. We are praying for you and fighting with you, believing you will come out stronger and better when this is all said and done.
