First Puff by Soft Smoke

Balancing between many genres, “First Puff” came out in 2019, as the first attempt of the band Soft Smoke from Athens, Greece. With no fear for experimentation, the members used their classic rock based influences, in order to produce a strong original sound, without the need to fit in a certain kind of genre. Generally speaking, the album has no boundaries. It is a blend of blues rock (Bad Woman), psychedelic-progressive rock, with songs that break the “3 minute barrier” ( Vendis, Muse Of Darkness), pure blues ( Leave Me All Alone, I’m leaving), even funk (Another Guy, I’m Going home). The philosophy of the band is simple: Keep it pure and let your feelings do the talking, there’s no pop, rock, blues, etc. At the end of the day it’s all music coming from the heart and that’s all that matters.
