Limelight explores the grief and confusion of a friendship ending and the spiritual idea that we are not all well, until everyone is well.
Songwriter, John Goraj recorded this song on the band's beloved Tascam 388, 8 track reel to reel console.
Around the time he starting recording the song Goraj was gifted a mid-century Yamaha piano from a friend that belong to the friend's grandmother who recently passed away. The 60 year old piano ended up being prominently featured in the song.
