Northampton, UK, producer Wyman makes his long awaited return to Smooth N Groove Records with his ‘Detractor’ LP. One year in the making and two years since his last release on the imprint 'Money of Fools' which received solid support from DnB's heavy hitters! We can honestly say it has been well worth the wait as Wyman provides us with straight up vibes that showcase his signature production style throughout.

Featuring ten diverse cuts that won't disappoint! Setting the scene and going straight in with the opening track 'Betari Box' featuring deep bass textures and catchy vocals. 'Diamond Sutra' follows suit with a slightly darker tone and a floor shredding, tearing bass line. Fast forward through the LP and Wyman switches things up with the title track 'Detractor' featuring delicious piano vibes, dreamy strings and lavish drum patterns. Finishing out the LP with 'Cyane' which will have the listener immersed between soulful depths, jazz samples and a killer bouncy drop! Simply put, this is Wyman's best work to date and arguably one of his best releases on the imprint.
