It's wildly hard to write copy intimately about one's mental health without seemingly tumbling down a rabbit hole of virtue signaling, over explanation, or platitude. I hope this record made up of observations, experiences, and manifestations - as well as attempts to capture the visceral expressions - of my journey over the past decade or so finds others and allows them to feel seen. If nothing else to know that even if it's not okay, it's okay.
