This album is called ‘Islands’ because while recording it, I travelled back and forth between various islands - Florianópolis (Brazil), Cuba, and Australia. I’ve often felt like a sailor approaching unknown islands, and this is some kind of map for exploring uncharted territory.

All songs written by Simon Hudson except Magalenha written by Carlinhos Brown (Brazil). Simon plays Alhambra nylon-string & Fender Telecaster guitars.
