Miles Ahead from COLLAGES (monoKraK297) by Silence Is A Word

The album Collages, named after the concept of "sound collages," features tracks crafted from bootlegs, edits, and reworks that incorporate samples, added synthesizers, and various recorded elements.

Some parts of tracks were recorded during DJ sets sessions or live sets (Dj Crowdpleaser, Storlon) playing live synthesizers on tracks. Then some parts are edited and totally reworked adding new synths arrangements, bass lines, drums and samples. While others are edits of beloved music from Stephan's collection.

The selection spans a wide range of styles, including jazz, fusion, rock, techno, house, soul, and musique concrète. The goal of this collection is to transform each track, imbuing it with a unique character distinct from its original version.
