TWMG, eight 45-minute brand-new tracks taking a more dramatic electro-dark turn than ever before; that's the White Mega Giant's new work.
Unlike the previous album, based on the principle of microcosm/macrocosm, which explores the inner self by astronomical coordinates, this time what they write is brutally concise but not at all aseptic.
TWMG is a gloomy picture, displaying all nuances of grey and ending up to robotic black.
One step ahead of Antimacchina there is the meta-machine: the language and the mood become more violent, intense, individualistic.
No room for existential nihilism which was intrinsic to their previous work.
To a careful audience TWMG may sound like the soundtrack to a film noir. A band already mature possess a total mastery of composing a piece of music and are aware of being off the beaten tracks, artistically different, with their underbrush of new, lofty, stimulating sounds.
