Music Healing The Shauny Lovejoy Method is a daily meditation system designed to train the mind to overcome destructive beliefs programmed into the subconscious and stimulate healing chemicals in the brain and body.

Harmful and contradicting belief systems can lead to depression, anxiety, relationship breakdown, poor health, career derailment, and many unwanted issues.

Music Healing The Shauny Lovejoy Method can be practised for 20 minutes

each morning to set the mind for the day to override these subconscious programs and achieve the best results from life.

The meditations and affirmations address issues of how to:

be motivated to succeed

manage mental and physical health influence potential clients
increase energy and sex drive
overcome harmful addictions

laughing, singing and stretching.

At the end of each activity there is a section where you talk about your plan for the day. This is very important, as it preconditions your mind to carry out this plan successfully.

Listening and thinking is not as effective as our brain is designed to disregard these

things.

But, when we say something out loud and write it down, we are making a commitment with our subconscious mind.

If there are any affirmations that contradict your personal beliefs then simply skip them.

While doing the affirmations you are encouraged to move the body. They can be done while doing other activities such as housework, Tai Chi, dancing, meditating, riding a bike or driving.

At any time you're uncomfortable with any of the activities, pause until you have become comfortable again and then continue.

breathe deep and sing music scales.

The music is in Major Scales tuned to A 432hz frequency for maximum relaxation and healing effect.

The objective of this program is to use positive affirmation to keep the brain stimulating feel-good chemicals which heal the body and reduce the stress chemicals which cause illness.

In the beginning, some of the affirmations may contradict your old mindset about yourself and you may not see results immediately.

It is recommended that you do this program every day for six months until it changes the neural pathways of the brain and begins to manifest into your reality.

The mindset training and music healing are divided into seven sections so that one can be done each day for about 20 minutes in the morning or in the evening.
