In May 2020 the mighty Sex Swing released their second album Type II to a rapturous, if though isolated applause.

During the locked down time leading up to the albums release, the band sent the tracks to a bunch of their musician ‘friends’ who were equally locked-up twiddling their thumbs. Sex Swing proposed to these chosen few they should spend their time wisely by remixing tracks from the album. Some were too busy making cakes or choosing virtual backgrounds for their Zoom chats – but some did respond to the challenge, and the results of this well spent time are being released on a remix album called Passovers.

Passovers features a remix of everytrack of Type II – with contributions by METZ, Jane Weaver, Brian Case (Disappears), Johnny Broke (Wayne Adams from PETBRICK), Anji Cheung, The Keep and Bristol punk rockers IDLES.
