Red Setter’s debut release represents the evolution of Ian Wilde’s recording projects, taking a leap into electronic and experimental music.

"The challenge, conceived during 2020’s first national lockdown, was to use a single virtual instrument and limit each track to just a few sounds. With these limitations the creative process became a liberating experience. Zener_19 explores the endless sonic possibilities of the Minimoog Model D Synthesizer app. Inspiration for these pieces was drawn from the vast expanse of the Mersey Estuary – one of many unexpected delights discovered since relocating to Liverpool."
