“Conceived and recorded during lockdown, these tracks have helped me externalise and manage my ongoing battles with anxiety and depression. Both have been immeasurably heightened during lockdown and creating music is a cathartic, healing experience. It was also during this period that I was finally diagnosed with ADHD which put many areas of my life into perspective, providing clarity on the past and hope for the future.
