A loop. It was a fun challenge trying to capture the idiosyncrasies of the bossa nova style. I learned that my offbeat counting needed some work in order to sound more polished, and not like I was just chasing the beats that weren't syncopated. Also, the setting of D major feels so homely to me, like a huge tonal beanbag I could sit in for hours.
