COASTAL (recorded over the spring and summer of 2019) features Sea of Lettuce's most vibrant songs to date. From the fast-paced opener "Paluja" kicking things off with energized guitars and rapid fire drums, to the atmospheric synthesizer that carries along the closing track "Coastal", this album plays out as a journey through all the emotions that come to pass throughout the sunny days of a long hot summer. Totalling 9 tracks coming in at a compact 30 minutes, COASTAL is a precise glimpse into the band's mindset and sound, representing Sea of Lettuce to the fullest extent.

Coming from a cold basement in Calgary, Canada, Sea of Lettuce is an alternative group with a fresh spin on the genre’s typical sound. With the band forming back in late 2016, this group of longtime friends have since released 4 full length albums and 2 EP's, with their most recent album "Any Day Now" having arrived in June of 2024!
