The modern hero's journey cannot be reduced to a simple narrative. So rather than "great strides,” we take "small steps." Our media lives allow us to relate to the tragic android "WALL-E." Do you see? All else is et cetera, as we will learn through such themes as: Starting the journey. When the journey is over. Gratuitous romance. Startling revelation. Disorienting recitation. Plus even a few more themes. YES, it is IN SPACE! Go ahead, step smallfully toward the themes above. They are a story older than now. Wow!
