An old instrumental music theme I wrote back in the eighties and to which I often returned while playing my guitar.
This is a new recording and I've added some warm synthesizer sounds to the melody.

The title track of the album.
A German word play that does not really exist in German language.
There is "Augenweide", when you see something that is very fine for your eyes to look at.
So here it is brought to your ears - if you hear something fine, you can have an "Ohrenweide" ;-)

The title comes from the Yugoslawian language and means "Beautiful butterfly".
Played on 6 string acoustic and nylon guitars.

"2 cats in the sun". This musical piece was inspired by two cats lying lazy in the midday summer sun...

Experimenting with capodaster in the second fret by leaving free the deep E string this picking pattern and the melody came to me quickly...

06 // WOLKENKRATZER // 02:46
"Skyscraper" in English - but to be correct in translation it would better be “Cloudscraper“.
Written back in the eighties, this version was recorded some years ago.
Played on Classical nylon string guitar.

There's poetry in the trees, there's wind in the trees and there's life in the trees...
A piece of music played in open tuning (D / B / D / G / A / D).

Months roll on and suddenly it's the end of the year again... hello December!

As "Wolkenkratzer" written back in the eighties, when I started composing my first own instrumental guitar pieces.
"Traumetage" means something like a storey in a big shop only for your dreams - so catch the lift to the dream storey and dive into your dreams there!
