Ghosts from Ghosts by Róisin

"Ghosts" started out as a small verse of poetry that I wrote one night while sitting outside looking at the moon. I often escape to the outdoors at night to think and to find peace. Many months later I realized that there was a bit more in the story of Ghosts than a single line of prose.
The most unique aspect of the song is that it contains two lines of Irish in the chorus. "Oíche mhaith" means "goodnight", and "Scíth go maith" means "rest well".

Róisín is a contemporary-folk singer/songwriter from Baltimore. With a heartfelt sound and subtle Irish influence, Róisín writes songs about love, nature, and grief. She is, at times, joined on stage by her husband, chemistry professor and poet Jason William Labonte who sings four duets on Róisín's EP, Entwined.
