Sonoroso is the first album of Choro Combinado.
"The Choro Combinado quartet of guitarist Rogerio Bicudo plays the Brazilian choro with the heart and the mind. Trained fingers, inspired by a sensitive heart, slide over the instrument still rooted in mother earth.
The sounds of Choro Combinado are growing straight from the tree's wood. Eric Calmes double bass gives them their roots and trunk, Michael Moore's sultry reeds their branches and leaves. Rogerio Bicudo's guitar and Pedro Libert's violin sing and twitter like birds in the thicket.."

Rogério Bicudo (Campos, Rio de Janeiro,1957) combines classical technique with popular harmony and swing. Plays guitar since the age of six mainly Brazilian Populaire Music. Later on he studied classic guitar with Odair Assad and from 1982-1987 at the Madrid Conservatorium. Lives in Amsterdam and plays as a soloist and as well with musicians from the jazz scene and others..
