Awake before my alarm bell rings.
I don’t sleep much, I dream of such terrible things.
A hundred days of suffering, stomach ache and fever.
No summer vacation or unemployment payments either.
In constant peril, can’t trust yourself? Trust the people.
Stay wary of some of the scary characters who have sent me emails.
Don’t back up from a fascist feeling emboldened.
But don’t be a hero, we know the people don’t support them.
Don’t hang on to that civilization if
only to protect your privileged place in it.
Not into politics when it doesn’t affect you personally?
Is not politics at all, but psychopathy, honestly.
Can’t be honest with us, who could you be honest with?
Objectivity is the goal of every communist.
But who am I to judge another’s misdeeds,
and fit the description into a sixteen?
