Reserve Matinee is proud to present 'Intercept' the latest release from nadia, an exciting and intriguing new artist based in Portland, Maine.
Intercept presents an incredibly wide range of tones, textures and frequencies, while maintaining a sense of tension and peculiarity seldom heard today. Tracks like "Subterr" build in intensity through the layering of what sounds like water, human breath, and various clicks that ultimately evoke an almost ASMR-like sensation. "Vore" takes us outside through wide-screen field recordings before introducing synthesizer and nearly inaudible frequencies, capitalized by her own whispering voice.

A concise 4-track release clocking in at a brief 20 minutes, Intercept is an album that will pull you back in time and time again. Featuring artwork from Anoushe Shoja.
