Feelin' by Pitto

It was with his 2007 production 'Aphex', appearing on the Phil-e imprint, that first brought Pitto to the worlds attention, and lead to him being described by DJBroadcast Magazine as Holland's answer to 'Moodymann'. A big statement to live up to. With the fresh house movement coming out of Frankfurt, and Holland's own superb collective that includes 2000 and One, Lauhaus and Kabale und Liebe, the time could not be more perfect for Pitto's music. This was confirmed by his 2008 'Sexvibe' release on the consistently brilliant 'Remote Area'.

Timing could not be better for Pitto to be dropping 'Feelin'. Memories of classic Cassius releases come flooding back as you hear the piano, and filtered disco vocal gently coming in. A splash of disco, '90's Italo', and naughties vocal house, make for a perfectly constructed feel good house smash. Totally fresh for 2009.
