Delectro by Pierre Delecto

Pierre Delecto is the newest addition to a massive roster of artists who deal in heavy, melted Plastix, hailing from the Auvergne in France. His debut release, DELECTRO, immediately brings to mind the fat analog bounce of Kompakt barnburners, as well as things like Plastikman and Gescom - guaranteed to shake speakers in a club set. Pierre doesn't seem to like super clean mixes, preferring instead analog drumcomputers, synthesizers and tape, and as such DELECTRO fits in at Recycled Plastics as a sort of noisier, nastier counterpart to the Lamont Kohner singles or Ndru's minimal techno masterstroke Knospensprung (see: BC15). And we can indeed say with some authority that Pierre has been a nasty, naughty boy.
