Sci+Tec’s resident producer Raul Facio is back at it again with his new release ‘Déjà vu’. The name says it: This three track release brings us that feeling of familiarity, yet remains a mysterious obstinacy with its revolving basslines to get lost in, alongside his reverent spikes that ground us into a deeper dimension of recollection. While the flagship track ‘Deja Vu’ is a dance classic in the making with its hypnotic lyrics and crowd moving drops, Raul takes us on a mesmerizing spiral with the commanding pulses of ‘Dropped’, complimented by the minimal warehouse aesthetic that inspired ‘Portrait’. Looking back at a couple of big years playing in America’s best clubs, sharing decks with artists such as Claptone and Johnny Trika, Dubfire’s Sci+Tec crew is ecstatic to welcome Raul back with his groundbreaking release ‘Deja Vu’.
