Known for their industrial-folk, junkyard blues, and rock, RRJ made four full-length LPs with Matador Records
in the 90's- all well received critically . The band gained a loyal following on the Manhattan club scene and also toured the world.The "Rollerkoaster" video was shown on MTV's Beavis & Butthead. "The Ballad of Railroad Jerk" became a college radio hit.
