An instrumental composition created with the intention to uplift and inspire.
The concept for this piece started with an iphone recording of a hand pan that I played at my friend's place in Northern California. I then began using it as sample loop for our Live Vibrational Yoga sessions. After much improvising and experimenting over the sample a melody gently revealed itself. It was during our last visit/stay in Tulum, Mexico that I began recording and finalizing the melody and song concept.
Singer, multi-instrumentalist & composer QVLN (Q-Violin) is at the forefront of music genre evolution and exploration. With an unhindered understanding of North, central and South Americans rhythms, his creative directive is to navigate all forms of musical expression using his voice and electric violin as his compass.
