Defund from PUNISH by PUNISH
The title is pretty self-explanatory. The song's about the urgent need to reimagine the police force as a way of creating a more just, less oppressive society. The public pay to be policed, we should have the right to choose who polices us and how it is done. Defunding the police means redirecting some (or all) of the funds that go to the police force and directing them towards groups/organisations that are less about punishing, stigmatising and harming people and more about rehabilitating, empowering and empathising with people.

In the wake of Cap A Capo, amidst a global pandemic, a new seed was sewn. This seed has grown and has come to be known as "PUNISH".
PUNISH is a three-piece, Punk Rock/Hardcore band, hailing from Sydney's Inner West, comprised of members from Cap A Capo and Astrodeath.
