Spacegame EP by Protorai

arranged and recorded as a dynamic soundtrack for a space mining / exploration exploration game that never left the prototype phase

in the game, the player captains a spacecraft, exploring and mining an asteroid field, and utilizes ship-mountable weapons and various automatic-deploy drones to mine asteroids, to fight space prates and aliens, and even to dock at space stations for trading, upgrading and quests.

the game time can also be slowed down, to micromanage combat, etc.

the music reacts to player actions, by assigning an 0 to 100 intensity level to various things (ex "exploring" "mining", "combat" and "being badly damaged"), and automatically mixes various instruments depending on the current track and the situation.

the tacks were rendered twice, in-engine, recording the output as the intensity goes from 0 to 100 and back to 0, both in "explorer mode time" and the time-dilated "tactial mode".
